Davis and Plomin Mechanical offers BIM modeling, allowing us to identify conflicts between other trades early in the life of a project. Identifying conflicts early on reduces change-orders and installation time. Our field staff use iPads to view the 3D model while constructing mechanical systems which improves their understanding of piping and ductwork routing over basic 2D drawings.
