Value Engineering often come with the connotation of making a project cheaper at the cost of quality. At Davis and Plomin we use value engineering as a tool to tailor a project to a specific owner’s needs while maintaining a fully functional and code compliant system. We listen to what the individual owner’s objectives are. By tailoring the project to fit the owner, we are able to trim services and systems down that are not needed or wasteful.
